Some carriers quote per hour, some per day, some per mile, and the all-inclusive quote many carriers offer sometimes hides additional charges like tolls, gratuity, PTO, or overnight lodging that show up on the final invoice. This guide explains every line item that should -- and should not -- appear on a charter bus quote, and how to compare quotes apples-to-apples when selecting a carrier for your group travel.
