About the Role
As our dispatcher, you'll be the operational hub of Holiday Coach, coordinating routes, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- ✓Coordinate routes and schedules for charter buses
- ✓Communicate with drivers regarding pickup/dropoff locations and timing
- ✓Handle customer inquiries and booking modifications
- ✓Monitor GPS fleet tracking system
- ✓Manage emergency situations and driver support
- ✓Prepare daily route sheets and trip documentation
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software
- ✓Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
