Youth Tournament Charter Bus: Group Transportation for Travel Teams
Move youth travel teams to tournaments with a charter bus built for players, coaches, gear, and families — safe, on-time group transportation.
Youth travel sports are a year-round commitment — and a year-round logistics challenge. A travel soccer team heading to a regional tournament, a club basketball squad driving three states for a showcase, or a Little League program bound for a weekend championship all face the same problem: moving a roster of players, coaches, gear, and supporting families safely, on time, and without exhausting the adults who have to drive. A youth tournament charter bus from Holiday Coach is the solution parents and club directors trust.
Holiday Coach Company, headquartered in Coopersville, Michigan, has transported youth travel teams to tournaments across Michigan and the Midwest for over two decades. Our fleet of late-model motorcoaches, mini-coaches, and Sprinter vans serves every major youth sport — soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, hockey, and wrestling.
Why Youth Travel Teams Choose Charter Bus Travel
Player safety and supervision. A charter bus keeps the entire roster together under coach supervision — no caravan of parent drivers getting separated or delayed. Players arrive rested and ready to compete.
Gear and equipment transport. Our underfloor luggage bays hold team bags, balls, bats, helmets, and folding chairs. Heavy or bulky equipment travels protected and secure.
On-time arrival. Tournament schedules are strict. Our professional CDL drivers and 24/7 dispatch coordinate venue parking and traffic so your team is never late to check-in.
Cost efficiency. Split across families, a single motorcoach is often cheaper than reimbursing gas, tolls, and parking for a dozen parent vehicles — and it eliminates the stress of caravanning.

- Inventory gear. Equipment volume determines luggage bay needs.
- Share the tournament schedule. We coordinate venue staging and return timing.
- Plan overnight travel. For long-distance tournaments, our onboard restrooms, WiFi, and reclining seats keep players comfortable.
