The easiest way to price a charter bus trip is by mileage. Each bus size has a unique mileage rate. These rates include driver drive time, fuel, tolls, parking, driver wait times and post trip clean-up.
Need transportation for the entire day? Or don’t know your final itinerary yet? We offer daily bus rental rates to make your trip planning simple. With daily rentals, the bus is yours for up to 12 hours of driver time.
Trips that are short in duration and local can be priced on an hourly rate. Hourly rates typically apply to smaller vehicles, like as black cars, SUVs and Sprinters, but can also apply to larger buses that require minimum hourly requirements.
Unlike other charter bus companies, Holiday Coach Company does not charge administrative fees, dispatch fees, or other fees not included in our quotes. Our quotes are good for 14 days and if accepted, we honor our pricing even if things like driver wages or fuel prices change.
